One important group of copper tubular parts that KONVEYOR is highly specialized are those used in gas water heater units.
A gas water heater may be a simple unit generating hot water need of a family or it may be a more sophisticated one, called as "combi units", generating hot water needed to heat up the house as well. Within the circuit of the combi unit more sophisticated copper tubular parts or the same as assembled (by hard brazing) with forged-machined brass bodies or as mounted with special valves are also involved.
On the other hand, some manufacturers prefer shiny looking nickel-plated copper tubular parts for more esthetical expectancy.

• Copper tubes either SANCO grade or as per related standards are supplied from major European suppliers.

• Forged-machined brass bodies and nickel plating operations are carried out in KONVEYOR’s suppliers under the control of the quality system.

• Hard brazing operations are made in house and all brazed assemblies pass through leak tests as per customer’s requirements.

• Parts and components so produced are packed in cartoon boxes which are placed on wooden pallets for long distance deliveries.
